Using the colors of my garden to move through grief. This intuitive collage was inspired by flowers from my yard. The orange lily was my dad’s favorite! Art and gardening are helping me work through the loss of my dad. 🧡🎨

Slowing down to honor the rhythm of winter. Sinking into the season to emerge with strength and clarity. The chaos wants us dysregulated. I will do my best to stay grounded! While making this collage, I reflected on interconnectedness and how nurturing ourselves and each other is essential now.
