I have my medical done in Singapore. I have international insurance. I know exactly what the procedure will cost as well as my portion before any procedure is started. The private hospitals there are both cheaper and much better than the US.

I suspect this was a big part of the decision to hire him. He was compromised and he knew they have his fate in their hands. What better way to ensure his loyalty? A lesson learned from Putin.

An area can become uninhabitable for reasons other than just weather. Many areas will not be habitable because of cost of living there without insurance. Say goodby to most of Florida and California. Once the people providing goods and services cant afford to live there, the rich won't go either.
