Regardless of what Trump wants, America need cheaper and more plentiful housing and lower interest rates are an important part of that. Lower interest rates makes the immediate mortgage more affordable, but also juices the general economy and home construction.

Fetterman is setting himself as a "centrist" to run for President in 2028. He has the keystone (as in Keystone State, Pennsylvania) already in his pocket and needs to pad out his resume as "not far-left" for the rest of the country. Only way to explain his turn to the right.

I'm saying this is theater and not effective when they there is a gaping hole even bigger. Future malcontents will find it easy to obtain weapons on the black-market. What are they doing about the black-market?

Sweden’s response should shift from symbolic gun laws to real enforcement measures against criminal smuggling networks. Otherwise, these new laws will only affect law-abiding citizens while gangs continue operating with impunity.

Ineffective response given the large presence of Somali gangs in Malmo and other cities who can smuggle in guns and explosives from Somalia. Somali, Balkan, and Mid East gangs in Sweden have long-established smuggling routes for in automatic weapons, explosives, and even RPGs from conflict zones.
