I can feel it build up in me every time. It happens whenever I start to realize I have no idea what I said on here a couple days ago, let alone a month ago.

That's why. You can't remember them because they're gone now. I disagree with the concept of all conversations being permanent. Conversation is ephemeral. It exists and goes away and we're changed from it and we continue on with life. You remember the stuff you will and don't the stuff you won't.
