Honestly semi-trailers should be illegal inside city centers unless delivering a full truckload.
I drive a Ford F-250XL for work and in Columbia, SC (which doesn’t even have real narrow streets) I feel it’s a dangerous vehicle to drive Downtown. Never mind an 18-wheel tractor-trailer

The difference is that the scientific community is built on the foundation of transparently identifying your biases. That’s why there are peer reviews, and experiments are replicated. Corporations have a vested interest in doing the exact opposite

I never understood the idea that people need to be scared into religion. But I guess it works or they wouldn’t still be doing it. Just doesn’t seem like a good mortal life to me if you’re always scared of some possible damnation later
