Putin minimizing moral responsibility saying that it wasn't a direct hit as if that matters, that there was air defense malfunction, that they were tracking Ukrainian drones at the time (Ukraine's fault shouldn't have attacked Russia lol) that the pilot didn't go where they told him to after the hit

There was a basic implied agreement in society which says that if we are all going to live together we are going to do what we can to not pass on vaccine preventable diseases.I vaccinate myself so you don't get sick and you vaccinate yourself so I don't get sick. Social contract stuff.
