real world Tariff story, bought a little tea cozy from Etsy which was produced by someone in the UK. I got a note from the shipper I had to pay the tariff up front or they'd return it, who paid it? me, the consumer. who always pays? EVERYONE who ends up baying something--> the consumer!

I see all these posts from people who work at MSFT who are showing performative empathy for people who were part of the RIF while towing the company line. It was a financial decision, companies won't take care of you if it risks their bottom line.
