I’ve only made 3 loaves of bread but I’m already tired of sourdough. This concludes my experiment of if I’m a counter starter person or a fridge starter person.

I tried making yogurt for the first time. I used whole milk, half a can of sweetened condensed milk, 1tsp vanilla, and 2 tbsp plain brown cow yogurt. I heated it to 185f, cooled it down to 110 before adding the yogurt starter then left it in my instant pot on the yogurt setting for 10 hours.

I made this bread and it was very eatable. I’m making more bread today and hoping to improve the eatability. But will settle for the same eatableness if I can’t.
