This is a very rare movie, Kumiko Goto’s final starring role before retiring at 21. I could not find a single clip of it on the internet, not even a trailer, so I bought the VHS and uploaded it to the internet so others can see it in full. This episode had one of the best looks at dementia and caregiving I've ever seen. If you have a loved one suffering from memory loss, singing songs they might know is an excellent way to engage with them. Really appreciated the effort to so movingly handle this subject.

Thanks to whomever put Nanno's version of The Girl Who Leapt Through Time on jp-films, I've been obsessed with her insert song all week. My favorite version is when she has a mic with the longest cord you've ever seen and sings to an ice sculpture
