A fact our POTUS must be grateful for as it is very clear he stole national defense records and classified information and refused to give them back. Lucky for him, he used every avenue die due process there was. Of course bad for the rest of the living world.

He had legal status in the United States but that is neither here nor there. This isnt about whether he should be deported or not. It is about whether you can round people up, throw them in a concentration camp without due process. The answer to that in this country is supposed to be yes.
