Also, we have some growing on a trellis. Those are perfect if you want a row of pole beans. Nice and neat!

(Beans aren't picky. And their tendrils work like magic. They will grab a hold of nearly anything, including nearby sunflowers and tomato plants, lol.)

The likely best option? Grow a variety!

Thanks so much for your kind words. You made our day!

We love all beans and grow a variety. I lost count of how many I have going right now. Probably 3 or 4 types! (A few bush and a few pole.)

Bunnies are so cool. I always feed them, secretly hoping to help their population skyrocket, lol. (Our little secret.)

But, it seems like even with my help, their numbers keep falling.

:(

Keep yours safe!!!

I swear I just had one of these in my house. I thought it was a giant grasshopper, lol. It's in my garden now.

(It was LOUD.)

These epic chickens used to be one of the premier farm birds in the USA.

But eventually, popular hybrids plus egg-laying powerhouses like Leghorns & Rhode Island Reds became more popular commercially.

That said, Ancona chickens are still superb and have epic personalities.

Have you ever seen one?

Lucky!

It's been brutally hot and sunny here.

No rain.

Pumpkins + zucchini plants are getting wrecked, lol.

(Everything else is okay. For now.)

:)
