Diktaturen vertragen weder Vielfalt noch Individualismus, auch keinen Eigensinn oder gar Spaß. All das aber suchen Jugendliche auf dem Weg ins Erwachsenenalter. So waren in Deutschland teils schon zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts Jugendkulturen entstanden.
