Well, I'll be fair and say the only city I can think of offhand in Idaho is Boise, & Google tells me it's the largest, but its population is only about 1/5 of Omaha's, so I wouldn't put them in the same category! Omaha is probably the only city in Nebraska that those outside the Midwest would know.
