For those of you who carry around handicap placards because you have a family member who needs it… it’s not for your general use when your patient isn’t in the car. It inconveniences people who really need those spots. 🙄 and it’s just an asshole thing to do.

Today, on the day that the parents of special kids recognize as Rare Disease Day, I would like to offer a warm thank you to those of you who made the decision to not vote for someone who would cancel the research being done by the one person in the world that might save my kid’s life someday.
