Really don't see myself as a boomer. Was 5 years old when woodstock happened. Coming of age during a recession, no work, insane mortgage rates so owning a home was impossible, Reaganism/Thatcherism, etc... Generation Jones is more of a correct term.

Was never a fan, found the music clichéd. But then again I'm a leftie white 63 Jonser from Canada. Was more into punk/ska/reggae/alternative. The beats coming from England and all the Caribbean immigrants had greater influence. Though I do enjoy bands like the drive by truckers.
