Nightmarish. When Roe V Wade was overturned, it transferred ownership of our reproductive systems from ourselves to the state. Pregnant people don't belong to ourselves. Convince me I'm wrong.

Realpage is some greedy dystopian nightmare fuel. My corporate property manager in NC jacked up the rent 400$ in two years with Realpage. Anything you can do for me at the front office? Nope, the algorithm sets the rent. Several neighbors got evicted.

There was that study out last year that concluded we could provide a basic standard of living for everybody on the planet with 30% of the resources we're currently using. The problem is greed and inefficiency. We have Elmo and Jeffrey instead
