I’m lonely but too anxious to even talk to people on vrchat, and all my friends gave up on me. I don’t blame them but fuck it’s lonely. I don’t remember the last time someone even asked how my day was.

I’m so incredibly lonely but afraid to reach out to anyone. Driven away all my friends with my insane bullshit, No energy left to make new ones especially when I’m still such a mess. I hate this so much. Just existing has become torture. Idk how much longer I can handle this.

Idk what to do about my mental health anymore, I go to all my appointments and take all my meds, and I’m only getting progressively worse. I’d say I’m in a crisis right now, but I don’t know the last time I wasn’t like this. It just. Is my existence now.

Flew all the way the way out to Chicago for MFF, only to sit alone in my hotel room and cry the entire time. And then got into arguments and chased away the few friends that talked to me all weekend. Thanks mental illness, anything else?

Seems like the adderall crisis is the topic of the day, figured I’d add to the pile of struggles - I’ve had to repeatedly change pharmacies and dosage because they keep running out of it. My psychiatrist regularly apologizes to me for the whole situation, and it’s not even his fault.

Now that I have a job again, I need to figure out how to kill time on my breaks. I wanna avoid most social media, don’t wanna get sad before going back into work. Kinda wish I was better at Blender so I could do some sculpting, but my laptop isn’t really strong enough anyways. Hmmm
