Is that not what everyone already feels, ai images are so closely tied to straight up scams that it’s impossible not to interpret products that use ai images as fraudulent in some way, I know that’s how I feel at least

I mean tbh the reason I’m out of that place isn’t discourse, it’s the Elon musk every 3 posts even when I’m not following him, it’s the unavoidable Nazis, it’s the crypto ads. Discourse is good in moderation

This place got a diff culture to Twitter and definitely feels like it serves a somewhat different purpose even from pre-Elon Twitter, so I’m comfortable calling it bluesky… not calling Twitter “x” though what a stupid name

At the moment there’s no reason you can’t just use both simultaneously anyways, they serve completely different purposes to me, Twitter for discourse and current events, bluesky for everything else (because the Twitter version of everything else is miserable)
