The game already does a good job being tragic by itself and besides, tragedy is admittedly not my forte. I prefer to stick drawing what I know and what I really like (women in love being cute)

That's fair. I believe they do have lubrification in their eyes, I just personally don't think they are programmed to release this lubrification as a relief from stress and pain, like it happens to us.

It's more painful and sad to think that they can't have this relief ;)
