Vaping of any kind, YouTube for sure, soda and sugary snacks.
I need the motivation for these things too, and I could blame my ADHD as for why I’ve prolonged these things. It wouldn’t change the fact that I will continue do these quick dopamine fixes forever.

Now to just get rid of Twitter. That’s what I replaced TikTok with. I don’t scroll on it as often as I do on TikTok, but the amount of things I use for the worst kind of dopamine recipients, it’s hard for me to quit all at once.
That being said, one at a time is showing good signs of effectiveness.
