According to Rubio, congressional approval wasn’t needed because this was not a military operation. It was an NY “law enforcement mission.” Did NYPD conduct the bomb raids and kidnap Maduro?

The USA “sacrificed its wealth” and (paraphrasing) “gave it all to black and brown migrants.” Right. This is why the US is the poorest country in the world today, and countries in central Africa has controlled the vast majority of economic and political power in the world since WW2.
