Helping out with the table tennis club in my local community has provided me with a great opportunity to get to know lots of amazing young people and their families. It expanded my social network and helps me feel part of my community 🥰

Started using home made cleaning products with essential oils (orange being my favourite ), and cleaning the bathroom has become less of a chore and more of a charm for me now 💫
