I doooo think…the bulk of my longtime twitter friends who are no longer there are soccer (in America) and I feel like basketball is really stuck over there (one of the reasons I still go back)

It’s funny because…I get hardly any engagement on the other one anymore although I have 600+ followers there. Most of them came here or left entirely so it’s mostly like talking to an empty room over there for me now

If you have ever experienced even a small sampling of the dismissiveness and gaslighting that is common at the hands of a medical professional (pregnancy related or not! And I have!), you can maybe start to see a little bit why people begin to look elsewhere.

I have that job that everyone conflates with “therapist” and have worked with majority women clients for two decades now, which means a lot of birthing people. The stories are scary and stack because I also hear their friends’ and relatives’ stories

I am nearly dead to pain at this point what else can be done but laugh
