I think picking up crocheting is a good idea! It's fun, useful and it isn't that hard to learn tbh
Rounder stuffs like the pokeball, purin, digda or nazonokusa are easiest to start with, and you can find free patterns online too ^^
Also, I'll be yoinking those patterns xD
