I have no idea who Annie or Lux is or what they do in league, but Riftbound is quite fun and I think I want to make this my Weiss Schwarz replacement and have it be my locals game. It's been too long ever since MTG(and arena) kept me in place but it's about time I play some goddamn cardgames (irl)

I have no idea who Annie or Lux is or what they do in league, but Riftbound is quite fun and I think I want to make this my Weiss Schwarz replacement and have it be my locals game. It's been too long ever since MTG(and arena) kept me in place but it's about time I play some goddamn cardgames (irl)
I also really love windows for that exact reason, if you have open space, I would love to put stuff in it, but in this case it actually works out even more because the line is talking about "small" interactions which is nice to have the scenes sectioned off in small window frames

and yeah I do have a history with glasses at this point. hey, glasses are a cool framing device that's unexplored, I gotta keep pushing it!

Even though I liked the framing of using the reflection of the glasses to show "the past" I was really satisfied at getting that shine effect to plug it in, without it I don't think it would have been as cool or apparent that that's what I want you to focus on in the shot

And I'll also say I really liked the framing here even though we have to transition out of it pretty quickly, I thought it was cool having all of them in their "color" versions intertwined for a quick second. It's a really pretty image. There were also so many clean wipes, ty Naoko Yamada my goat

A lot of doubling in the transitions for this one, mainly because there were a lot of cool moments for it. There weren't that many times that I could do a color slice like its doe in the film, but I mainly wanted to see how many color based transitions I could fit, because, colors are a big thing

Recently adding in anidoku(.com) to my daily rotation and apparently my pretty good game today was better than the current registered highest? I find issue with that considering my guesses weren't even that good. I mean come on, only 14% of people thought to put Kaguya? only 16% thought of DanDaDan

You can tell how unfamiliar I am with the wordle format because I had huge trouble trying to figure it out and in some instances straight up forgot the previous parameter clues, and so I just went with the picture clue they gave, pretty hard tho because the info is from MaL

Aced the first one even tho I hadn't seen Magus Bride in a while and I don't even remember who that person is in the first pic, but I had an immediate guess so went for it. The 2nd one I haven't actually watched Jahy but I do know of it so we got there, we don't talk about the last one

There was that trend of people taking a selfie with 10 game covers, with the caption "10 games to get to know me" which I thought was fun so minus a selfie, I wanted to see if I could, by memory, without looking at my library, see if I could get 10 games that I think is a decent rep of me

In some sense, though one could argue, they did the same for Final Fantasy, with in game renders which I think are also really bad and uninspired if not a bit less bad than simply taking a screen cap, but it's basically up there with the same energy of "oh yeah just take this thing and repurpose it"

I think the new steam family sharing options are great, and it's also hilarious how sometimes I'll just open up steam and one of my friends has bought a game and it just pops up like its Christmas all year round. Out of the top page here of my library I've only bought Kill The Music

Here's more art I like from the set. Sometimes, MTG is just unmatched in the art direction of some cards or entire sets. These days, we have to contend with the community not eating itself alive and getting fed with bad sets, but sometimes, I just want to look at cool art on these silly game pieces

Haven't MTG posted in a bit and putting aside the connotation of Avatar in MTG, there have been some super sick works of art being shown off. Not everything is a hit, and there's the obvious elephant of the screenshot cards, which I don't think a monolith like MTG should ever stoop to, but man

And this one is various game soundtracks played over random cutscenes(memories) that I thought fit the vibe. I ended up buying the soundtrack because I was like, man this game's sound is awesome, and there's also a digital artbook that I might have to run down as well

Anyways I think there's a lot to dig into it but with Unbeatable around the corner, I think I'll wait before going for a 100%er. Great game though, here's some music montages because, if nothing else, this game's overall package is vibes to the max

I'm also not someone who thinks they make great thumbs or anything, but I just really like how Shy pops here. There were many considerations of which Shy doing a cool pose to choose, but, I just really like this one with the flame in her eyes.
