Wife. Mom. Unapologetic nerd.
Trans Day of Visibility is coming up. Here’s your loving reminder that gender expression is on a spectrum, not a binary “Column M and Column F”. Both pictures are of the same person (me), despite differences in hairstyle and clothes. I am a woman who is a shade of blue, not pink, but still a woman.

Of all the places to chill….Blue, you’re weird.

I finally made it out to our local aquatic center with my girls for a low-impact workout. We swam laps for over 30 minutes. Proud of us!

I need to celebrate even the seemingly small accomplishments because they all add up to have a huge impact on my physical and mental wellbeing.

I already talked about using a self-care/ADHD organization app to help me. I face a lot of chronic conditions, and often have “bad days” where my symptoms are exacerbated.

Tonight we’ll also be catching up on the latest episode of Dr. Stone season 3. Each new episode has already been in English dub. We love this anime - family-friendly and it incorporates teaching new science facts seamlessly with an intriguing storyline. Very well done. Highly recommend!

I am so excited to watch the latest episode of Solo Leveling with my fam! I love the Webtoon and so far love the way the animators have brought it to life! The anime follows the source material quite closely, and the few changes I’ve noticed made for a better anime adaptation, imo. Highly recommend!

Celebrating small steps: each time I have gone to various doctor in the last few weeks, my weight has consistently been going down. I recently retook my measurements around bust, waist, and hips, and the number on the scale is no fluke. Adding in regular PT exercises has made a difference. Yay me!

I’ve recently started using a self-care/ADHD organization helper app called “Callie”. It focuses on reminding you to celebrate all accomplishments, big and small, as well as taking time to appreciate the present moment and breathe.

This is your loving reminder to go outside and just breathe. ❤️
