Ghost is mad and SLIGHTLY embarrased "Or ill send you off to bed with NO TREAT" Johnny goes for a fake out punch because he is a BOY. And boys never stop fucking doing this. He leans in close to Ghosts face, their eyes suddenly have color because were seeing into their souls. And Johnny wants his sugar. And he says it: Soap: We've fucked around enough haven't we Simon? Johnny wants him to wear something TIGHt to accentuate his saluting nipples because, thats a real line from a real book. Idk where but it was there. Hence. The romance novel cover.
