Thanks for the clarification

Ah I got the impression from local councillors that it was a 25/30 year contract that was assigned along with another Sussex council and therefore impossible for them to come out of the contract. Very confusing.

This has been going on for years, the excuse is always broken down vehicles or sickness! Why are the company not penalised for non compliance of contract?!
