hi langley! i think that point is locked behind the movement path/going to LA? i just played on my grant anticap route and didn't get an extra choice--still stuck at 97%. my friend only got it on a route where she went to LA with tristan, which locks you out of 2 grant improvements from orlando :(

Thank you for responding & considering! I totally get why the capitalist route gets an improvement, but I picked anti-capitalist bc I wanted to save him from his family, lol
