The problem here in the U.S. (and other car-centric countries) is that they eliminate other methods of transportation which makes it less convenient to own a car, because they make it cost so much money to maintain your car and pay taxes and registration fees on It.

Say for instance you wanted to visit your relatives place who lives across the country, but you wanted to stop by the store to grab some stuff for the journey. It would be more convenient to drive to the shop, put the stuff in your car, and then drive across the country with the stuff.

Well no I mean, if you look at European countries that have a lot of infrastructure for transportation methods like trains and buses and bikes etc, you’ll find a lot of people prefer cars over there still because they’re generally a pretty good method of transportation because of their versatility.

The problem isn't really the cars themselves, and more just the countries that center their entire infrastructure around them.

I don’t know this seems to be making a good point. As an Appalachian from Virginia, I respect people in the LGBTQ+ community, and I‘ve never met anyone who displayed that level of hatred towards them. Not here in North Carolina or my home of Virginia.

I'm amazed at how far the human race has come.
