What is a Peaked Circuit?

A peaked circuit is one where, after execution and measurement, one bitstring dominates the output distribution (i.e., it's "peaked" at a particular value).

For example, a circuit that always outputs 1010 with ~100% probability peaked at 1010.

This is how the circuit is implemented in Quantum Computing. NOTE: There is a LOGIC GATE in quantum computing, but in classical computing, we make use of AND GATE, OR GATE.
In quantum computing, there are NOT, CNOT, X, H GATE, and other gates #quantum #QuantumComputing

Environment that will be used for the event Google Colab:It is as Python libraries like numpy, sicpy, pandas, and others. You can use it for your data science and others. It can also be used to push to your Github.
U will have to install qiskit on the colab. *NB* whenever you are
using it.
