Fat people can come in any shape and size. A fat person with big tits, a smaller waist and large hips isn't uncommon. I've seen a lot of plus sized influencers, and a lot of them have "unrealistic" proportions. Not just your average mid size fuck with a chubby stomach and small tits.

Not to mention minors can draw whatever the FUCK they want as long as they're not publicly posting it willy nilly.
