Despite over 800 pieces of written and 200 pieces of oral testimony against and only 14 in support, the Ohio Senate Higher Education Committee has just favorably referred SB1 to the Senate Rules and Reference Committee. The bill could be on the floor for a vote as early as this afternoon. Pathetic.
