Ed25519 on by default in Chrome, completing the set of the three major engines.

target is 137, so hits Chrome stable May 20th ish:

chromiumdash.appspot.com/schedule

then do 2yrs of feature detection before assuming everyone has it

(that's what *true* web scale looks like 😅)
