In all seriousness, do the local authority *expect* me to read this? I wonder how much time they spend on applications that are incomplete, wrong or late?

Ah, I think this is meant to refer to the Welsh - ‘Cymraeg clir (clear)’ which is the Welsh equivalent. I’ll tidy this list up at some point!

This has cropped up a few times and there are 2 elements:
1. user-centred as a label (as in UCD). This is tricky to change without - as Caroline suggests - considering changing the English (can of worms!)
2. Using it in a sentence - a few options depending on the context /1
