Last month, I attended a shibari-themed life drawing session hosted by Renai Rai, a well-known rigger here in Manila. This session's model was Harley, a good friend of mine, and it was a lot of fun to draw her with Rai's ropework.

I loved working on this, it was fun adding the pink tint to her hair. The most challenging part was probably drawing the spiderweb pattern on the red/pink sections of her outfit.

I was raised in Davao, so it was my pleasure to interpret the PotA mascots with some Dabawenyo flavour. I drew them inside a split-open durian, surrounded by orchids. 💕
