As a lifelong fervent Zelda enjoyer, I've always considered the plot to be entirely vestigial. Cool set dressing and context, without which the games would be less engaging, but absolutely not the thing to be focusing on.

Very true, and that's actually exactly what I've always said about Hollow Knight too. It's just wild to see how intense some of the early-mid Act 1 Silksong content gets.

I use Feedly and it's "fine". My previous two that I liked more both got taken down (Google Reader and The Old Reader).
