Where I come from (NW England) the word 'trump' refers to a rather loud, wet fart. Interestingly, the word 'pimp' is often used to describe a small, squeaky fart.
Whichever you choose to describe dear POTUS, he's obviously an arsehole.

Apparently,metformin can cause Vit B12 deficiency so my partner takes supplements. He also takes allicin(an extract from garlic) which seems to help lower his sugar levels.
