Oscar and Trisha Paytas have crossed paths many times before the creation of Just Trish! Oscar interviewed Trish multiple times during his career, and their rapport was always evident.

Last year, Oscar stepped into the spotlight as he accepted the role as a producer and co-host for the Just Trish podcast. His humor, wit, and industry expertise brings a fresh, lively dynamic to the show, making it a must-listen for pop culture fans.

Since 2021, Oscar has been the Lead Social Video Producer for Entertainment Tonight. He leads strategy and operations for their social video team while personally editing clips that capture Hollywood’s biggest moments.

Fun fact: Oscar has also won Emmy’s for his work at Entertainment Tonight.

As Head of Social Media and Lead Content Producer, Oscar also oversaw Joey Graceffa’s digital footprint for a time. From managing content strategies to directing video shoots, he helped build one of the most thriving creator communities across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and more.

Oscar then moved to CBS, where he first began working for Entertainment Tonight. He produced engaging content for millions of fans, managed celebrity interviews, and collaborated with influencers and brands to keep the audience coming back for more.

In his early days, Oscar was also a YouTuber! He made food review videos, shopping hauls, reactions, and other lifestyle content that showcased his humor and creativity. Sadly, most of these videos have now since been privated.

The Ryan Seacrest Era 🎤

Oscar worked closely with Ryan Seacrest as his Social Media Manager, following him to produce day-to-day content. During this time, Oscar had his iconic cameo moment at the Season 15 finale of American Idol, featured on last Tuesday’s episode of Just Trish.

During his time at Access Hollywood, Oscar wrote a glowing review of Taylor Swift’s Reputation album, which was quoted by Taylor’s team during her 2017 Grammy campaign. This led to an invitation to meet Taylor herself on a handful of occasions —a dream come true for Oscar as he is a big Swiftie. 🎵

Oscar’s first full-time role as Social Media Producer had him creating dynamic content for Access Hollywood. He spearheaded social growth, managed red-carpet interviews, and produced promotional campaigns for blockbuster films.

Oscar grew up in a small suburban town outside of LA. He grew up knowing he’d want to pursue entertainment. After high-school, Oscar attended California State University, Northridge, where he majored in journalism.
