Same thing happened to me except I didn't even get a reason for the suspension. I've tried everything so I least know what happened but nothing.

I've had to build relationships of any Zois, gay or straight. Also, queer zois are generated now. If the game isn't for you, that's fine but please don't spread lies.

Did you make sure the attraction is set for the correct gender? I'm not sure when you last played, but I just started a new game with two female Zois and after getting the relationship up, they were able to kiss, just like a straight couple.

It's a known issue they're working on, they made a list on the steam page. You can make your own gay couple though.
