I now have to liaise with Tfl to see if there is a charge.
If there is, either my vehicle's been cloned, or fees have arisen whilst it was on a transporter en route to VW approved bodywork shop in Twickenham (or it's been used in London by said garage without consent).
I HATE this sort of hassle!
