I am not going to pretend to be an expert on this situation. From the things I understand, I have criticisms for Hoyo, for SAG-AFTRA, and for the actions of some of the VA's behavior, but my support will ALWAYS ALWAYS be in favor of the actors fighting for better working conditions.

'Replace them all with AI', then you are an awful fuckin person. People should be able to stand up to protect their livelihoods; yeah, sometimes there is collateral damage for that. But you should ALWAYS be on board to support artists from having their work stolen from them through corporate greed.

This situation is not easy to navigate, and anyone pretending it is needs to question why they think they have the right answers, while people closer to the situation don't.

Honestly, the best example of this is Joe Zieja taking the time to put out a very well thought through and informative video about the strike situation, and rather than listen and comprehend, some people's take-away was "so the VA's did this for no reason".

I can never be normal again after this. 😍
