... and I was more referring to the radiant system and the obsession with crafting, but it also extends to Bethesda's nearly predatory obsession with creations and "it just works" which if there is anything this last week has shown, people are SICK of bethesda's BS.

Overall I do say the Savage Planet games, mostly the first, are worth playing. They are fun romps to scratch the metroidvania itch, and really plugged the gap while Prime 4 has been cooking, now to see how hype that game is!

and overall the game really felt easy, but I was exploring a lot, but I never died in the game (outside a glitch where I was crushed by nothing). The enemies weren't as aggro as the first game, but I don't mind easy metroidvanias, lets me get immersed in the world.

I will say, the game definitely has a mixed bag of bosses, funnily enough I think the first major boss was the best just because you tackled each phase completely differently, where the following bosses just felt there. IDK SP bosses have always been meh. All the bosses were easy.
