That trigger is an upside in the right deck! They're cheap and swole and they do something you probably want to do, I'm about it. Probably really nice in a Jenova deck

I got into EDH right as the first run of precons were releasing and my first deck was basically "mono black control that can kill an indestructible guy"
It was not good at all, and I quickly took it apart for Mimeoplasm and Oloro. I don't have any of these anymore...
