Same in most of Europe. But it's a rather simple fix. Make it so that people without a college degree make just marginally less than college graduates, rather than orders of magnitude less. College graduates are about the only chance a normal person has to escape poverty in most countries.

Education and Health should be rights. They should be universal and they should be free. This is the only way to stay competitive. If everything is a business, you won't be able to compete. Of course that is of no concern to billionaires, that's why you don't hear about it more often.
