Another great review on the Waterstones website! Please, friends who’ve read my book, leave your own reviews somewhere? - Goodreads, Waterstones, Amazon etc. It really helps! It’s been encouraging to have so many positive responses to me in person; could you possibly make them public too?

Was it a good idea to attempt to make carrot cakes for 50 family-and-friends coming to my book celebration party? (If you’re one of them and there is No Cake to be seen do *not* say anything if we’re to remain on speaking terms.) Some of life’s stumbling stones are self-imposed… #book #writer

I’m trying really hard not to buy more books, honest - but I *had* to get this one. It has an important section on attachment by @suzannezeedyk.bsky.social and it features Third Culture Kids, which I also discuss in my memoir ‘Stumbling Stones: the Holocaust, my family and me’

Hi, readers of @bigbeardedbookseller.com - I have just published my memoir ‘Stumbling Stones: the Holocaust, my family and me’. In previous times I wrote professional and academic books based in psychology. And now I’m working on book club fiction - switching genres keeps you on your toes, right?

@findindiebooks.com In this moving memoir, Miriam Landor shares her family’s harrowing experiences of the Holocaust and the lasting impact this dark chapter of history had on the generations that followed.

Today I am in Landshut to give a speech at the closing event for the Museum’s ‘Landshut in Nationalsozialismus’ exhibition. There are strong links with my memoir ‘Stumbling Stones: the Holocaust, my family and me’.

My maternal grandmother, Mabel Kirkland, crocheted this blanket for me some sixty years ago. My memoir ‘Stumbling Stones: the Holocaust, my family and me’ focuses on my father’s family. I should write one about my mother’s Ashbourne family next

The best book I’ve read this year - hugely thought provoking, gripping, moving; beautifully written and illustrated with Richard Baker’s superb photos, Polly Morland pays homage to John Berger’s classic A fortunate man - and dare I say surpasses it?
