The net downside of new homes in desirable places is below zero, even excluding the main value of the housing unit itself in providing housing.

Also I'm not worried about the transpiration issue for housing started in 2025/2026 that will likely exist through 2100, with a half life after 2060.

A common market concentration calculation is to square the market share of each company.

A monopoly is 10,000 (100x100)
Duopoly is 5,000 (2x50x50)
10 companies with 10% is 1,000
100 companies with 1% is 100

This probably works as a scale here

There would be about 50 adults with phones in this event, it's not going to go unreported to police/responders due to a lack of children calling out

Get clever:

Pay an artist to draw a few images of your new spokesperson, get the rights, now duplicate them infinitely

I feel like this is addressed primarily slowly when autonomous vehicles likely go in a diet.

If your driverless cars never crash into each other, there is little reason for them to weigh 6,000+ lbs. More expensive, inefficient.

The 4+ seater taxi of 2050 could easily weight 1 ton not 2, 3 or more.

I got up to 1 gram a day and realized maybe I don't need heart palpitations to get through a Wednesday

Does a stadium count?

I'd assume a sports stadium would do well in this regard, that line for the toilet should be pretty income diverse

Agreed, it was false without being a lie.

The large changes to markets did cause a larger than normal amount of network changes and larger than normal loss of specific doctor access.

That said, people continue to lose access to a current doctor everyday for the same "the plan changed" reasons.

Their upper class food list needs updates.

Richer folk have a ton of fresh wild salmon to eat (at dinner, with their salad, etc) they're not eating lobster on everything. Prime quality large cut meats vs some recipe with ground beef in it. Fridge has lox in it (mmm lox bagel) not caviar.

I'm pretty sure my "you like everything equally but upper class" result was just because that category was all lobster and caviar options.

Bro just offer me the finest of smoked salmons and I'll go full stiff upper lip for it, it's not my fault shrimp tastes better than lobster
