After a quick google search you can see that Spotify made 14B last year and 20% MORE this year. They paid out 9B in Royalties and operate for $168M/quarter. Leaving 4.328B in left over revenue. So essentially the CEO got a 4B raise off of music he didn’t create. There is no ethical billionaire.

Switch to apple last year, fuck Spotify. The algorithm is trash and it only recommends main stream music. Apple music’s algorithm is 1,000x’s better 🥹
