Last week, I was laid off as part of the larger shutdown of USAID. This week, all these bluebirds started showing up in my backyard. I had never seen one before. #everydaysomethingbeautiful

"What's a good day look like?" Is a sticky on my computer. Each morning, you think of the end of the day, identify something that needs to happen to make it so, and then aim to make it happen. Way better than "what needs to get done"
