Our reduction in GDP is exaggerated by the impact of pulling money out of the government spending, which should not be counted in any country's GDP.

Cost analysis has many factors. If the foreign steel take three extra months to get and the factory makes millions per month, it may end up "cheaper" on net to take the faster, more expedient steel, getting operational faster.
But usually, they just buy the cheapest steel and wait.

I call BS. There are plenty of excuses for not wanting to do a conference and I cannot fathom how tariffs would make the event more expensive. For the record, I think the tariffs are dumb, but this looks more like an excuse to cancel.

I took the time to read most of these, but I don't see anything but dotted lines to being around people that may or may not be neo-nazis.He's a very wealthy guy. A lot of people are around him.I'm sure if you tried, you can find a lot of really amazing Libertarians and even Democrats.I don't see it.

In a way, yes men are expendable more than women, but it's not something most of us don't willing do. It's a natural reaction built into the psychology of men. My hypothesis is that it stems from the fact that we had to find off attacks while the women are pregnant and more vulnerable, but not 100%.

This argument makes little sense in the context of also arguing that people like Musk pay no taxes. The rich already know how to work the system to massively reduce or eliminate taxes, irrespective of the tax rate. How could any of this affect that so that they pay even less if they are at zero now?

Separation of church and state isn't in the constitution, nor does it mean that politicians cannot exercise their religious freedoms and even influence policy decisions. It simply means that the government cannot compel anyone to support a religion, nor can it establish any religion.

Whereas, Trump saying that he will open the waterways in CA to fight fires is based on the fact that they indeed needed more water, and while his plan was foolish, it at least had the appearance of action. It's also harder to track down the truthfulness over simply watching the video for yourself.

To answer your question more directly, I think that Reps lies aren't as obvious and usually stem from some truths.
The "very good people" lie is a good example of dems continuing to say something after most people have seen the video for themselves and he clearly doesn't mean the neo-nazis.

Fair enough. I don'tsupport anyone lying. I prefer to look for the real information and come to my own conclusions. Admittedly, harder and harder to do.

Discrimiting, as a term that is usually meant in a negative sense, I do not agree with. You should not limit someone's opportunities based on factors that they cannot control like sex, race. Etc.We can use the word differentiate if that leads to better discussions. It's is not pertinent to my point.

I didnt say that treating them differently was equivalent to treating them poorly. You've never made a point to open a door for a woman?Never protected a woman from a man that would do her harm?Never shown respect to a woman that you would not show a man?Do you think women should be drafted to war?

As you may know, you cannot prove a negative. If there is information that I'm unaware of that shows that they did die as a direct result, I will recant that part of the statement. But, to my knowledge, only one person died on that day at the event in question, and she wasn't a police officer.

Existed, sure. That doesn't mean they add to a society. They are outliers don't follow social normatives that produce good outcomes for the whole. There is no value added other than to themselves. Supporting that is an attempt to show moral superiority despite the clear mental issues.
